Paul Postiglione enters the plumbing trade as an apprentice at 16, working alongside seasoned mechanical contractors across the GTA.
Earns full provincial plumbing certification — one of the youngest journeymen in his cohort. Spends the next decade leading crews on commercial sites.
Establishes his own contracting firm with a focus on design-build engagements that bigger contractors weren’t willing to take on. Word travels fast among general contractors.
Co-founds Concord with partner Pat to formalize the firm’s expansion into integrated mechanical scope across the ICI sector.

One scope, one team, one signature on the schedule. We don't subcontract our way out of responsibility.
We work backwards from your immovable date. Every dependency tracked, every long-lead item ordered before you ask.
Clear communication is half the job. No surprises in the field, no weasel-words in the email, no buried changes in the invoice.
Our crews don't approximate the drawings. Every joint, every fixture, every diffuser — installed to spec the first time.
Many of our biggest clients have been with us for over a decade. Repeat work is the only metric of trust that matters.
Our partners are unionized journeymen — UA 46 plumbers and SMW 30 sheet metal workers. Trained, certified, paid fairly.
Concord crews are dispatched through two of Ontario’s most respected mechanical-trade unions — and Paul represents small contractors at the GTA’s leading industry body.
Concord's plumbing and steamfitting crews are sourced through UA Local 46 — the GTA's largest local representing Toronto's licensed plumbers, pipefitters, welders, and HVAC service personnel.
Our sheet metal and HVAC fabrication scope is delivered through SMW Local 30 — the union representing Toronto-area sheet metal workers since 1899.
