Complex air systems, designed and installed across the ICI sector. From shop-fabricated ductwork to commissioning and balancing — delivered by our SMW Local 30 unionized workforce.
Every certification needed to deliver safe, code-compliant systems. From the drawing board to the day the building takes its first deep breath.
- HVAC system design — load calcs, equipment selection, and ductwork layouts integrated with the plumbing scope.
- In-shop fabrication — custom ductwork fabricated to spec at our Etobicoke shop, ready for site delivery.
- Air handling units — install, integration with controls, and coordination with electrical and BAS contractors.
- Specialty exhaust — kitchen hoods, lab fume hoods, diesel exhaust extraction, dust collection.
- Test, balance & commissioning — full TAB scope and systems handover to spec.

Backed by our UA Local 46 unionized workforce of licensed plumbers and steamfitters — every joint inspected, every fixture installed to code.
- Domestic water systems — booster sets, recirculation loops, pressure zones for high-occupancy commercial loads.
- Sanitary & storm drainage — gravity and pumped systems, oil interceptors, sub-slab and roof-drain coordination.
- Hydronic heating — chilled-water and hot-water piping integrated with the air-side scope.
- Specialty plumbing — medical-gas, lab water, oil-water separators, trench drains, compressed air.
- Tenant fit-outs — coordinated TI scope from base-building tap-ins through occupancy permits.
